These terms cover the use of this website and the services described on it. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable — if anything here is unclear, ask us before you commit to anything.

What this website does
This site describes our services and lets you ask us for one. Submitting a form on this site is a request, not a contract. Nothing is booked, reserved or owed until we have replied and both sides have agreed what is being supplied and at what price.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown on this site are in Jordanian dinars and are indicative: training from 40 JOD per person and annual device maintenance from 150 JOD. What you actually pay depends on the number of people, the number of devices, the site and travel, and is confirmed in a written quote before any work starts.
A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
Training
Courses are delivered by accredited instructors, and certificates are issued by the accrediting body rather than by us. Passing is not automatic — a certificate depends on attending the whole course and meeting the assessment.
If you need to move or cancel a booked course, tell us as early as you can. Where we have already committed instructor time or travel we may have to charge for it, and we will always tell you before we do.
Maintenance
A maintenance agreement covers scheduled checks and response to faults on the devices listed in it. It does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or use outside the manufacturer's instructions, and it does not cover consumables such as pads and batteries unless the agreement says so.
We service devices we have supplied. For a device supplied by someone else, we will tell you honestly whether we can support it before you commit.
The AED map
The public map is provided in good faith to help people find a defibrillator. Devices appear only after a person has checked the location.
Do not rely on the map in an emergency. Call 911 first. A device may have been moved, may be locked away, or may be out of service since it was last checked. We cannot guarantee any device shown is present and working at the moment you need it.
Orders and refunds
Online ordering is currently closed. When it opens, these are the terms that will apply to a pre-order.
You will be told the delivery window before you pay, and asked to confirm you accept it. We record that confirmation, with its date and the exact wording you agreed to.
A pre-order is fully refundable if delivery takes longer than the stated window, or if you cancel before the item ships.
Refunds are paid by QLPCO directly, to the person who paid. We will publish the exact timescale for processing a refund here before ordering opens.
Regulatory status
The AED devices we supply are registered with the Jordan Food and Drug Administration.
Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no product described here is a substitute for emergency care or for any treatment you have been prescribed. Where a product carries its own safety notice, read it before you buy.
Using this website
Please do not attempt to break into the site, submit automated or fake enquiries, scrape it, or use it to send anyone anything unlawful. We rate-limit form submissions to keep the site usable for everyone.
The text, images and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and should not be republished without asking. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap and is used under its own licence.
Liability
We stand behind the work we do and the goods we supply, and nothing here limits any right you have under Jordanian law that cannot be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and we are not liable for the availability or condition of a defibrillator that we did not supply and do not maintain.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out separately in our privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order or agreement is the one published when you entered into it.
